Chief Financial Officer
Andromeda Metals Limited is an emerging industrial minerals company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (
ASX:
ADN) with a vision to lead the world in the sustainable supply of superior quality industrial minerals and advancement of nanotechnologies.
The Company's current focus is on bringing the Great White halloysite-kaolin deposit into production to generate immediate cash flows to grow the business and deliver superior long-term returns for shareholders.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director/CEO, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide strategic leadership focusing on establishing and controlling the company's financial systems and administrative services.
As a member of the Executive team, the CFO will provide advice and guidance on the groups capital management to meet project objectives, in addition to ensuring compliance with all ASX ASIC requirements, accounting, auditing, tax, employment and corporate governance requirements.
The broader responsibilities of the CFO include oversight of Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs, along with People and Culture.
