About the role


As a Change Lead in our Team, you'll play a key role in helping to deliver substantial change to the ways in which risk information is provided to users across the bank. We are solving business problems through technology, designing for the future of Risk, and scaling the use of our strategic data platform across the Risk Division.

What will your day look like?

- driving the change approach, plan and delivery, workstream;
- identifying potential change risks, issues or anticipated points of friction, and developing specific plans to mitigate or address concerns;
- identifying and gathering project/cross project change impacts to define targeted plans for communications, stakeholder engagement, learning change readiness, workforce planning, metrics and evaluation;
- Developing BAU transition plans and support handover of change activities to the business;
- Monitoring the ongoing adoption of the change

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Change Manager or similar position, across project and change methodologies e.G., Agile and Traditional
  • Has successfully led change initiatives with quality outcomes
  • Experience leading, motivating and managing various change team, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with stakeholders, influencing and gaining buy in
  • Appropriate university degree or relevant qualifications
  • ADKAR, Prosci or equivalent certification/experience
