Change Lead - 12 to 18 month Fixed Term Contract Tilt Renewables is looking for a Change Lead to join our Acceleration Hub to oversee the execution of key change projects. This role will be key to advancing our corporate technology, processes, and people projects, contributing to our ambitious goal of 7GW by 2030.
As the Change Lead, you will be at the heart of our transformation initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Transformation, you will support a dedicated team and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to navigate complex programs of change. In this pivotal role, you will lead grid connection projects from initial feasibility through to post-R2 operation. With a strong focus on collaboration and acting as a bridge between the technical team and external stakeholders, the Senior Grid Connection Engineer (Project Management) will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, technical teams, and external partners, to facilitate seamless project progression and address challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
