Change Lead - 12 to 18 month Fixed Term Contract Tilt Renewables is looking for a Change Lead to join our Acceleration Hub to oversee the execution of key change projects. This role will be key to advancing our corporate technology, processes, and people projects, contributing to our ambitious goal of 7GW by 2030.

In this pivotal role, you will lead grid connection projects from initial feasibility through to post-R2 operation. Your responsibilities will encompass comprehensive project management, detailed planning, execution, and operational oversight to ensure ongoing compliance and optimal performance.
With a strong focus on collaboration and acting as a bridge between the technical team and external stakeholders, the Senior Grid Connection Engineer (Project Management) will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, technical teams, and external partners, to facilitate seamless project progression and address challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
