The successful candidate will lead the testing team, ensuring the highest standards of quality across all software and system implementations. We are currently seeking an experienced Test Manager on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will lead the testing team, ensuring the highest standards of quality across all software and system implementations. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, managing the end-to-end testing process, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of testers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective testing solutions.
• Coordinate and oversee all testing activities, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure timely identification, documentation, and resolution of defects and issues.
• Establish and maintain testing metrics, reports, and dashboards to communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Proven experience with test management tools and automation frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Certification in ISTQB or equivalent is highly desirable.
