Salary - circa $200 + super
Our client is consistently releasing new products with extraordinary success, which has allowed them to continue to grow year on year.
We're looking for an ambitious Software Engineering Manager who is interested in promoting into Head of Engineering. Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll be responsible for line managing multiple technical leads, with an overall team size of approximately 40 people (onshore and off-shore).
Responsibilities and experience:

• Manage and lead a team of 6 technical leads, with a wider team of 40.
• Directly assist the CTO with the technical road map
• Have an incredible attitude, a true hunger to get things done. You and your peers describe you as having initiative.
• Present to C-Suite, meaning you'll need excellent communication skills, and you're comfortable with stakeholder management.
• Work with the CTO and the Solution Architect on long term re-architecture plans
• Technical requirements:
  PHP and AWS experience, previous architecture experience is a bonus
