The Role

You are a Senior Software Engineering Manager with a strong track record of people leadership and delivery management, with a passion for building and leading high-performing agile teams. You are a highly organized leader that will ensure the on-time delivery of product outcomes and own the execution of technology strategic objectives.

About You

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading high-performing engineering teams and committing to individual development for all team members
• Building a culture that represents Fanduel Australia values and is driven by our people.
• Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
• Monitoring delivery metrics and continuously improving team efficiency, productivity, and transparency
• Guiding the team on their engineering journey using your proficiency in software development methodologies and tools.
