Position Overview:

We are currently seeking Senior Project Engineers and Project Engineers to join our esteemed clients' teams in Sydney.
This role presents a unique opportunity to work on a variety of exciting construction projects, leveraging your expertise to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee construction projects from conception through to completion, adhering to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to effectively plan, schedule, and allocate resources.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, drawings, reports, ITP's and proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer within the Tier 1, 2 or 3 construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years for Senior roles.
• The ability to work to and meet tight deadlines
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices across various sectors (Commercial, Health, Education and Residential sectors).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
