Senior Identity Engineer

Our client is a leading ASX Listed Organization who is currently seeking a Senior Identity Engineer to guide and lead in the development and integration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) products and services. This role offers an attractive salary package of $150,000K - $165,000K + Super + 16% Bonus.

This position provides an opportunity to utilise your technical expertise in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on automation.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Identity Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding other Identity engineers in developing and integrating IAM products and services. Your responsibilities will include leading the integration, configuration, and implementation of various IAM tools within our client's environment. You will utilise your technical expertise during the requirements analysis phase to ensure solutions are fit for purpose. Additionally, you will design and execute acceptance testing procedures to improve the quality of IAM products while reducing operational risks. Your role will also involve providing level 3 support for IAM products, preparing low-level design documents for new integrations, conducting peer reviews, providing technical advice on projects, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

• Lead the integration, configuration and implementations of various IAM tools within the environment to ensure compliance with security control standards.
• Utilise technical expertise in the requirements analysis phase to ensure the solution is both fit for purpose and fit for use.
• Design and execute acceptance testing to improve the quality and reduce operational risk of the IAM products and services.
• Provide level 3 support for IAM products and services to reduce the impact of product defects and related incidents.
• Prepare low level design documents for new integrations and enhancements.
• Conduct peer review for code and low level design documents by IAM engineers.
• Provide technical advice as an SME to projects.
• Collaborate with internal Cyber Security, IT and other stakeholders to manage security services.

What you bring:

• Identity and Access Management principles and practice experience.
• Proficient in integration, configuration and implementations of more than one market leading IAM and PAM solutions (SailPoint, CyberArk).
• Familiarity with OAUTH, SAML, JWT, SCIM.
• Experience in Windows and Linux platforms.
• Experience with Databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with Directory services (LDAP, AD).
• Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft).
• Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners.
