As Senior Executive Services Officer, you will work closely with the manager on ensuring efficient and effective correspondence system and processes across the organisation, with a particular focus on building capability.
This will require you to provide technical and advisory support in the use of MINCOR across the organisation, and to design and deliver ongoing MINCOR training.
You will perform day-to-day duties with a high degree of independence while working within a strong team environment, sharing information and troubleshooting as it relates to the use of MINCOR. You will possess excellent communication and time management skills with an ability to deal with competing priorities

- Provide technical and advisory support to QCS MINCOR users across the organisation, as required.
- Proactively promote the appropriate use of the executive document management system to ensure compliance and consistency of correspondence processes.
- Develop, coordinate and facilitate training in the executive document management system.
- Monitor trends in the use of, and make recommendations to the manager to improve the efficiency of, the system and correspondence processes across the organisation.
- Maintain Executive Services related resources.
- As directed by the manager, design relevant executive document management system workflows and monitor their effectiveness in consultation with directorates.
- Liaise with the system provider on technical requirements, as needed.
- Assist business areas to develop and implement local business processes to support their use of the executive document management system, as required.
- Undertake quality assurance of ministerial and executive correspondence to ensure alignment with style guide requirements for form, punctuation and grammar.
- Process ministerial and executive correspondence, including allocations, hard copy preparations and finalisations.
- Undertake specific work activities or projects as requested by the manager.
- Demonstrate a high level of written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary work environment.
- Understand and implement continuous quality improvement principles.
