About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst in the Commercial Lending Platform Initiative, you will be a key member of the team to deliver on our mission to improve the end-to-end Business Lending ecosystem by refining processes, implementing a new system and strengthening the risk management framework and infrastructure. You will be responsible for working with our customers and project stakeholders to analyse and synthesise information, understand the business organisational context, complete business analysis activities, and ultimately elicit, document and manage the requirements throughout the project life cycle end to end, using Agile methods to deliver optimised solutions that improve the customer and banker experience to the ANZ Commercial business.

What will your day look like?

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:

Facilitate sessions with multiple stakeholders including business process owners and SMEs, as well as work in a dynamic and changing environment and adapt quickly to challenges arising from the agile development approach.

Analysis &
design activities include current state vs future process mapping, documenting requirements, mock ups and prototyping, testing throughout the project life cycle, and change / implementation activities to the business.

Be an integral part of the initiative to transform the current Business Lending ecosystem by delivering the Commercial Lending Platform

Work within an agile squad, whose role is to design, build and test the platform. The new commercial lending platform will be integrated with other ANZ systems to drive a seamless banker experience, covering all credit origination and management activities to replace legacy systems and manual processes.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Strong business analysis experience and/or related technical experience

Can appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with a medium to high level of complexity, works collaboratively as part of a team and clearly represents findings

Some domain knowledge of Commercial Lending

Detailed knowledge of business analysis tasks, strong experience in elicitation techniques and hioghly competent in requirements gathering skills

Detailed understanding of system and product delivery lifecycles, disciplines and procedures.

Risk or banking experience
