In this role, you will play a key role as a Senior Business Analyst to drive our Corporate Operations Group's risk management strategy. The role supports a multi-year program of work to invest in automation and strengthen the risk culture and control environment in the Corporate Operations Group.

What you offer

• 7-10 + years of experience as a Business Analyst, with the exposure in process mapping, stakeholder interviews and workshop facilitation
• Strong understanding of Commodities and Financial Markets
• Familiarity with non-financial risk management frameworks and processes
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to independently drive delivery by planning and managing project deliverables
• Creative problem solving and analytical skills, with high attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills.
