Rabobank's Enterprise Project team is a dynamic &
high performing team centralised in Sydney. The team has a 12-month fixed term role as a Risk Senior Business Analyst to work on Rabobank's CPS230 Program within the Operational Risk Management Workstream.
Based in Sydney, you will work a hybrid mix of 2 days in the CBD office &
other days working fromhome. You will have exceptional communication skills &
a solid background in risk.
As Risk Senior Business Analyst, you will take ownership of analysis pertaining to:
- Risk in Change
- Enhancements to operational risk management framework, policy &
procedures
Top Role Accountabilities:
- Working as part of a team to understand &
document project scope &
objectives, facilitate workshops to define &
prioritise requirements, agree on outcomes &
risks - Assistingwith discovery, gap &
synergy analysis &
delivering Business Requirements - Developing As-Is &
To-Be process maps &
assess people &
customer impacts - Developing, validating, prioritising, tracking, managing &
maintain business requirements - Identifying, analysing &
communicating options &
recommendations to achieve business objectives &
outcomes - Developing requirements / specifications
- Facilitating the creation of new or updated processes, policies &
supporting their implementation - Undertaking quality assurance of new solutions, including policies, processes &
procedures
To be successful you will have:
- Background as either Risk Business BA or Risk professional
- 5 years + having worked on Risk projects in particular operational risk management.
