Senior Business Analyst

This well renowned and recognized city-based organization is seeking the services of a Business Analyst to kick off a range of new initiatives, related to migrating applications from on-premise to Cloud based platforms.
Working across several projects, you will support the project manager delivering on Cloud Migration by defining requirements (functional and non-functional) and mapping processes for data retrieval and migration and provide input into migrating legacy data to the new Cloud platforms.
As such, you must demonstrate your experience in the following:
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience working on similar complex Cloud projects, migrating applications from one on-prem platform to a new cloud platform, such as AWS, GCP and/or Azure
- Proven experience in creating requirements, on similar projects, including involvement through the procurement process for system selection of SaaS solutions, when required
- Experience in similar financial services (Banking, insurance and/or superannuation) sector, is preferred
- Cloud experience and understanding to ensure business support and integration is considered, specifically Cloud AWS skills would be preferred.
- Strong Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal skills a must
This role will be offered as an initial 6-month day rate contract position, with a hybrid work model (ideally 3 days onsite) available for blended remote and city located offices.
