We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team full time who will be working onsite in Melbourne CBD. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Experience required:

• You must have Lending experience.
• 5 years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst across a wide range of projects e.G. business transformation, application development, process redesign
• You have proven experience in achieving program and complex business and transformation deliverables.
• You can drive decision making and agreement on any trade off decisions within the agreed scope of the initiative, aligned to the agreed business solution.
• You have proven experience in management of key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
• You can facilitate large groups of multiple cross functional business areas within a larger program of work.
• You can articulate complex business needs so that they can be understood by technical teams for delivery and interpret technical terminology to enable business understanding
• You are an effective problem solver, driving pathways through ambiguity, and facilitating decision making to resolve contention.
• Understand how the system(s) are used and be able to translate that for business/users.

Specific Requirement:

• Lending experience is a MUST
• Understanding of and experience in an agile delivery environment
• Sound Knowledge of Jira and confluence
