My client is dedicated to transforming healthcare through innovative technology solutions. As they embark on an exciting project to migrate their Office 365 products from on-premise to the cloud, they are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their team.

Job Description

• Prepare detailed documentation, process flows, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Work closely with Project manager, vendors &
  business users to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive migration strategies, including data mapping, validation, and testing plans, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and support resources for healthcare professionals.
• Recommend best practices and continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness post-migration.

The Successful Applicant

• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), familiarity with data migration tools, and a strong understanding of healthcare systems and on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to healthcare professionals.
• Healthcare industry exposure (highly desirable).
