The Role

Coast Shelter is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated individual for the position of Project and Compliance Lead. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading key organisational projects in alignment with Coast Shelter's strategic objectives.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring best practices in the implementation and maintenance of effective compliance frameworks within Coast Shelter.

We are looking for an individual who excels in project coordination and compliance management whose work aligns with our organisation's mission, values and strategic goals.

This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in related discipline, bachelor or higher and extensive relevant sector experience.
  • Excellent relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills with experience working with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with proven ability to manage timelines, budgets and meet key performance indicators.
  • Strong organisational skills, Excellent written and oral communication skills, including highly developed interpersonal skills with an ability to relate positively and confidently with a wide range of people, in a variety of settings.
