Dynamic, high growth Property Management business combining Travel and Technology requires a Head of People and Culture to be part of the leadership team reporting to the CEO.

This is a newly created role and requires someone with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to think strategically in addition to doing hands-on, tactical tasks.

The Role

  • Lead the performance review process across the business to build on a strong culture of regular feedback and clear deliverables.
  • Assist in setting and managing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to align with organisational goals.
  • Implement and champion People and Culture best practices across the business and contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive organisational culture across multiple locations in Australia and contractors based overseas.
  • Support the P&
    C team to gather employee feedback, that can be prioritised and actioned by the business to keep improving the employee experience.
  • Review and own employment agreements ensuring compliance with key industry awards, laws and regulations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees on People and Culture matters and work closely with other members of the leadership team to resolve HR-related matters.
  • Identify training needs within the organization and develop relevant programs.
  • Support career development initiatives for employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between P&
    C initiatives and organisational objectives.
  • Act as the Advisor to the executive and leadership team on all People and Culture and HR matters.

  • Solid experience in general HR fundamentals and employment laws and regulations
