Our client is looking for you to join their team and report directly to the business owners. You'll develop and execute a global marketing strategy, oversee brand and product marketing, drive consumer engagement, and lead cross-channel marketing experiences.
Collaborate with directors to achieve their 1, 3, and 5-year brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy &
Innovation:

  • Develop and implement a global marketing plan focused on fashion trends.
  • Create annual brand marketing plans with clear goals and KPIs.
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies for acquisition, engagement, and brand equity.
  • Maintain a consistent, fashion-forward brand voice across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor fashion industry trends and competitive activity.
  • Plan and execute global fashion campaigns and promotional activities.

Team Management:

  • Lead the Marketing team (Brand, Social &
    Influencer) to achieve fashion-focused targets.
  • Oversee social media and influencer strategies.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Digital, and Social teams to ensure cohesive fashion messaging.

Project Management:

  • Own the Marketing calendar aligned with key fashion events.
  • Manage brand campaigns and collection launches.
  • Lead campaign meetings and oversee end-to-end execution.

Marketing Activity &
Community Management:

  • Ensure brand presence in key fashion events and holidays.
  • Manage Press, Publicity, and brand reputation.
  • Build community relationships within the fashion industry.

Public Relations Management:

  • Develop and execute a fashion-centric press strategy.
  • Ensure a positive brand reputation through strategic fashion partnerships.

Brand Voice &
Messaging:

  • Maintain a consistent fashion brand identity.
  • Manage communications across all marketing channels.

Budgets, Reporting, &
KPIs:

  • Manage Brand Marketing investments and KPIs.
  • Innovate to maximize outcomes within the fashion sector.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within fashion, e-commerce, or retail.
  • You can say "
    I've been there, done that, gone viral"
  • Expertise in brand development and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong relationship-building skills in the fashion industry.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion.
