Tasty Media, an young and rapidly growing digital marketing agency based on the Central Coast, is currently seeking a visionary and talented individual to join our team as the Creative Director / Head of Creative.

In this influential role, you will lead our brand direction efforts for Tasty Media as well as our esteemed digital marketing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide creative direction and strategic guidance to shape and elevate the brand identity of Tasty Media and our digital marketing clients.
  • Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the brand vision and client objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of engaging visual content across various channels, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and integrate them into the creative process.
  • Drive the development and implementation of brand guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints and campaigns.
  • Actively participate in client engagements, providing strategic insights and creative solutions to enhance their brand presence.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of creative campaigns and initiatives, utilizing datadriven insights to optimize performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and translating them into impactful creative strategies.


Experience requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director, Head of Creative, or in a similar leadership role within a creative role.
  • A visionary with a strong ability to translate brand strategies into compelling creative concepts.
  • Extensive knowledge of design principles, brand development, and creative processes.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of creative projects and successful brand campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a creative team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset with a track record of delivering resultsdriven creative solutions.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for staying uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies.

45.00 per hour
