What you'll do:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and direction of the business. You will work closely with divisional leadership teams, providing valuable insights that drive financial and operational performance. Your ability to strengthen key stakeholder relationships will be crucial in this role. You will lead a team of analysts, fostering a supportive environment that encourages growth and development. Leveraging your expertise in ERP, Reporting and Forecasting tools, you will automate processes to free up capacity for business partnering and analysis. Your role will also involve facilitating the monthly rolling Forecast process, leading engagement in building business case financial models, championing best practices in business partnering, and collaborating on the preparation of the Annual Budget and 5-year plan.
- Partnering with Divisional Leadership teams to lift financial and operational performance and meet strategic objectives
- Driving value add reporting, forecasting, analysis and actionable insights
- Strengthening key stakeholder relationships across the business
- Leading and managing a team of analysts
- Leveraging ERP, Reporting and Forecasting tools to automate processes
- Facilitating the monthly rolling Forecast process guiding the Divisional Leadership Team
- Leading engagement and build of business case financial models
- Championing best practice in business partnering that result in the delivery of value add insights
- Collaborating with Divisional Leadership Teams to prepare the Annual Budget and 5-year plan
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Finance Business Partner role will bring a wealth of experience in finance business partnering at a senior level. You will have relevant tertiary qualifications, with CA or CPA qualification being essential. Your background in Financial Planning &
Analysis will enable you to guide the financial performance of the business effectively. Your strong organisational and time management skills will be key in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. As an effective communicator, you will be able to present and influence decision making compellingly. A consultative approach and a focus on teamwork are also crucial for this role.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, with CA or CPA qualification
- Experience of Finance business partnering at a senior level of an organisation
- Experience in Financial Planning &
Analysis - Experience managing teams in a fast-paced changing environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Clear communication skills - able to present and influence decision making effectively
- A consultative approach with a focus on teamwork
- Current Police Clearance or willingness to apply for one
