The Estimating team at is composed of four talented individuals:

  • 2 Senior Estimators
  • 1 Intermediate Estimator
  • 1 Estimating Manager (You!)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Estimating team
  • Oversee Estimating, Hard Dollar Tendering, Cost Planning, and Forensic Cost Benchmarking
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of tenders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors
  • Work on projects located in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Toowoomba


Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience:
    Approximately 6-7 years of Estimating experience in Australia.
  • Software:
    CostX is essential
  • Track Record:
    Proven experience working on projects valued between $10M and $30M.
  • Skills:
    Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
  • Ambition:
    Intermediate-level candidates aiming for a Chief/Lead Estimator role or Senior Estimators looking to advance to an Estimating Manager role.
