About the role

As Business Unit Manager for our Underground Rebuilds &
Fabrication team, you'll be responsible for 4 direct and up to 100 indirect reports over two busy bays in our workshop.

Reporting to the Site Manager, your primary focus is to provide strong and supportive leadership to the business whilst delivering on our commitments to our customers.

You'll work closely with our on-site project management, engineering, sales, &
supply teams, ensuring the efficient operation of the rebuilds and fabrication departments, whilst exceeding our customer's expectations and commercial requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years heavy manufacturing experience
  • Underground mining equipment experience (desirable)
  • Minimum 5 years people management &
    leadership experience
  • Planning, scheduling &
    budgeting experience.
  • Ability to purchase up to 10 additional days of leave per annum.
