About the Role:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind managing all aspects of Same Day jobs. From handling quotes and bookings to overseeing the end-to-end operational process and keeping customers updated, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring service excellence. Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be key to fostering growth and maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers and colleagues in a positive and professional manner.
Ensure timely responses to calls, inquiries, and emails to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate closely with colleagues, drivers, suppliers, and other teams to meet delivery expectations and uphold service standards.
Proactively notify customers of any issues or delays.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain operational excellence and deliver positive customer experiences.
Assist in identifying, investigating, and resolving operational and service issues specific to our Same Day service offering.
What You'll Bring:
A strong background in customer service with excellent interpersonal skills.
Intermediate computer skills.
The ability to multitask effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of transport and freight handling is advantageous.

This is a Monday-Friday role based at our Banksmeadow depot, and you'll be part of our 24/7 call center team.
