Commercial Property Manager
This amazing office is an independent commercial/industrial real estate agency. This role offers a generous salary package with a fantastic commission structure. We are seeking a Property Manager with 3+ years' experience managing a commercial/industrial portfolio.
Duties:
- Portfolio mix of commercial and industrial - predominantly industrial
- Managing 50+ properties in the Western Suburbs
- Liaise with both landlords and tenants
- Complete repairs &
Maintenance management - Arrears control
- Conduct rental reviews &
Lease renewals - Marketing of Properties
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Trust accounting is required
You WILL need
- Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and strong leadership qualities
- Strong Communication both verbal and written
- Great presentation skills
- Be a motivated self-starter and take initiative
- Own a car and current driver's license
