The Client:
Our Client is a highly regarded operator, known forproviding end-to-end property solutions as well as having a commitment to delivering first-class service to all of their valued clients in prime locations. Situated in the South East, our Client values support and collaboration.
The Role:
- Manage a portfolio of approx. 120 properties
- Mix of industrial, retail, and office assets
- Long standing, strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Cirrus8
- Monday - Friday 9 - 5:
30 - Salary up to $100,000 + super + bonuses (based on experience)
About You:
- Experience managing commercial properties
- Agents representative certificate or equivalent
- Reliable car and drivers license
- Team player
