About Your Role:
As a Commercial Property Manager, you'll dive into a role that's both challenging and rewarding. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cultivating strong relationships with tenants and landlords, addressing inquiries effectively
- Conducting thorough Property Inspections
- Coordinating contractors to handle various work orders for clients
- Ensuring efficient management of rental arrears and resolution
- Handling lease reviews and renewals through effective negotiation
- Generating financial reports, including budgets and annual reconciliations
- Precisely managing landlord and tenant property-related documents
- Crafting new management submissions
About You:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Relevant experience in commercial property management
- Ideally, a Bachelor of Business (Property) or equivalent
- A valid and current Agents Representative license/Certificate of Registration (or the ability to obtain one before starting)
- Exceptional communication skills and keen attention to detail
- Proven ability in managing stakeholder relationships
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Sound financial acumen
- A valid driver's license
- Experience with Cirrus8 Property Accounting Software is highly regarded
