Only About Children Berwick
Due to an internal promotion, Only About Children Berwick are looking to welcome a new Campus Director to join us in delivering and showcasing best practice. Our Berwick service is a beautiful, small childcare center located at 2A Gibb Street Berwick and has 54 places across 3 rooms.

Working in collaboration with key functional business partners in Operations, Education, People &
Culture and Family Support - the Campus Director is accountable for management of the campus as a whole.

• Ensuring child safety and welfare at all times
• Being a positive role model by coaching and mentoring team members through Educational Leadership
• Ensuring ongoing, professional and timely communication between the campus and families
• Taking personal responsibility for modelling and driving our HEART values and leadership practices
