Join our team at a 38-place childcare centre in Barangaroo, NSW, where we are committed to providing high-quality care and education to young children. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Centre Director to join us full-time.

About You:

• Bachelor of Education (ECT) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within an Early Childhood Setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about Early Childhood Education and committed to delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the childcare centre.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Lead and support a team of dedicated educators.
• Develop and implement educational programs that promote children's development.
