We are seeking an experienced Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor to join our BRAND NEW centre in Kiama.
About the role:

As Centre Director, your responsibility and time will be spent on staff and their development and operations of the centre.
Your commitment to leading a service on its path to exceptional quality is endless and you have the support of a dedicated team that shares your vision. You are a People Leader - you know how to get the best out of your team for the ultimate benefit to children and families.
About you:

• ACECQA Approved Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (desirable - Diploma qualification considered for a strong Director)
• Experience with staff development &
  leadership, experience in a similar role advantageous
• Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), ability to develop a QIP
• Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
• Strong computer skills
• Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
• Current Working with Children Check
