We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead our team based in Canberra, ACT.

The Branch Manager plans and directs all service activities within ACT and Regional NSW with our customers interests in mind. You will be responsible for implement strategies and achieving budgeted targets and executing business development programs (sales/operative) within the ACT and Regional NSW.

What will you be doing?

• Support client engagement at a local level for new business solutions activities
• Overall customer, P&
  L, CMII and business development responsibility for the entire branch
• Empowering, inspiring and managing the local team to meet key operational and financial targets, including monthly financial reporting, planning and budgeting
• Responsible for the safety of all KONE employees at work with the support of a very strong safety team
• Implementation of new tools and development initiatives within the branch
• Ensuring the region is in full compliance with KONE business policies, processes and methods
• The key KONE local representative to customers and internal / external stakeholders in the region, passionate about delivering the best customer experience
• Responsible for creating an environment of customer satisfaction and delight.
• Mentoring, coaching and developing employees to ensure they are the best version of themselves, delivering the best possible outcomes for our customers and KONE

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field desired
• Prior working experience within the elevator industry an advantage but not mandatory
• Strong experience in business strategy and a high financial acumen
• A strong decision maker who turns strategy into objectives, actions, and outcomes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An experienced leader who inspires, energises and coaches the team
• Business partnering and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, commercial environment
• Resilient, agile, and persevering approach
• Strong relationship management skills and experience
• Previous experience of ERP or other reporting solutions software
