We currently have a great leadership opportunity for a driven Branch Manager to drive performance for our Manjimup branch.

About the opportunity:

Reporting to the General Manager of our Northern Division, the focus of your role will be to develop strong customer relationships with local rural producers to drive sales for a broad range of agricultural products andservices. In addition, you will be responsible for:

• Providing leadership to branch employees whilst driving branch performance and the achievement of financial targets.
• Mentoring the sales team to provide professional, efficient, and quality service to our clients both in store and on farm - primarily horticultural and livestock grazing customers.
• Oversight of supply chain activities for the branch to ensure products are being delivered in full and on time in line with inventory KPI's.
• Management of safety, quality, and the overall presentation of the store to the highest of standards.

About You:

You will demonstrate strong sales and business acumen with a proven track record in sales of agricultural products and will have a background in rural merchandise. In addition, you will be:

• Self-motivated and driven to implement improvements in all areas of store operations.
• Adept at developing solid long-term partnerships with clients and other key stakeholders.
• Skilled in identifying opportunities to develop new business.
• Equipped with a full drivers' licence. Forklift and truck licence are advantageous but not essential.
• A clean and current drivers' licence is essential for the role.
