Talent Partner

We're excited to be partnering with an upcoming and rapidly growing tech organisation based in Sydney, currently in search of a seasoned Talent Partner to join their high performing team.

Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will provide best-practice talent acquisition to all business units, including tech, construction and corporate. This fast-paced and dynamic opportunity will see you managing the entire portfolio of vacancies across the business APAC region to help achieve ambitious growth targets.

key responsibilities;

• Manage end to end recruitment whilst ensuring positive candidate experience.
• Delivering innovative, timely, and effective sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with your stakeholders.
• Lead and contribute to talent acquisition projects/reporting activities as well as championing a range of process improvement and talent initiatives.
• Consult regularly with business leaders on their resourcing needs and proactively build talent pools to enhance diversity and our capability.
• Drive people and culture projects and/or initiatives as required.

To be successful in this role, you will be a self-motivated individual that enjoys working in a collaborative and delivery-focused environment. You will be a passionate Talent Acquisition Professional, who thrives on creating the very best candidate experience. You will have strong influencing skills and be able to provide market trends in the industry. Previous experience recruiting in tech / start up environments is highly desirable.
