About the Role
We are looking for a collaborative and agile Talent Acquisition Partner to join our NSW team. By joining Guardian, you will be welcomed into a high-energy and driven culture where we work smart while having a great time.
We are in a stage of rapid growth and with that, we are looking for a specialist with fresh ideas, a strategic mindset and desire to build strong relationships with their stakeholders and candidates.
This is a fast-paced role where you will manage the end to end recruitment for our centres. To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive, forward thinker and someone who has strong networks in the industry to pipeline future talent in both the active and passive markets.
Ideally, you will have experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner working within the sector, whether it be in an agency or internal setting.
To be considered, you will be experienced in:
- End-to-end recruitment within internal or agency;
- Experienced increating and implementing sourcing strategies in order to meet business needs
- Strong relationship management and consulting skills
- A passion for creating a great candidate experience and using technology to deliver innovative sourcing solutions
- Experience using JobAdder or similar software (preferable)
