The Role

As the T alent Acquisition Partner for the fastest growing division of KBR globally you will be key to continuing that growth. Act as a trusted advisor and bu siness partner to the hiring managers in all matters relating to sourcing and selection and resourcing. Contribute to building the workf orce of t he f uture through comprehensive, qua lity workforce planning, strategy development and implementation.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge

  • Significant experience in talent acquisition, ideally at a mid-to-senior level

  • In-depth knowledge of full-lifecycle talent acquisition and employer branding best practice

  • Strong experience with HRIS, ATS and talent acquisition tools with a focus on data integrity

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as is attention to detail

  • You must be an Australian Citizen with a current AGSVA clearance or the ability to obtain one

Desirable Experience

  • D egree in Human Resource Management or related d i scip line

  • 4 + years' e xperienc e in Talent Acq uisition

  • Experi ence working for a global org anisa tion with involvement in A s ia - requi red - Internal T a lent Acquisitio n experience highly desirable

  • In - depth knowledge of full - cycle rec ruiting and employer brandin g techniques

  • Hands on experience wi th postin g jobs on soci al media and job boards - Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools

  • S trong kn owledge o f employment law
