About the role:

This is a true strategic business partner role. Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders you will:

  • Manage the end to end recruitment of our support office roles for the VidaCorp division of DBG Health across Australia, with view to support our US &
    UK offices.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to support VidaCorp's growth objectives
  • Partner with senior leaders to understand their hiring needs an align recruitment strategies accordingly
  • Leverage innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates in the market
  • Build strong employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and position VidaCorp &
    DBG Health as an employer of choice
  • Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
  • Manage the end to end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates, organising interviews, completing compliance checks, negotiating offers right through to onboarding.

Skills and experience required:

  • 5 + years previous end to end recruiting experience - (agency, in-house or RPO)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Experience in:
    pharmaceutical, life sciences, consumer products, FMCG is highly advantageous
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates and driving business outcomes
  • Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent in a competitive market.
