At Arrotex our People, Performance, and Culture (PP&
C) team strive for excellent execution every day. What we do impacts the performance of the entire business and due to continued growth, our team needs to grow with it. That's where you come in.
Partnering with the PP&
C Manager and PP&
C Business Partners you will utilise your broad generalist experience to support a division of the business and work on varied and interesting organisational projects. These will include (but not be limited to) executing the annual remuneration and performance review processes, developing the health and safety framework and WGEA reporting. To be successful in this role you will be a driven, analytical, and detail-oriented individual who wants to join a collaborative team with the aim to build the capability of our people and business, and align performance to the Arrotex vision, mission, and strategic goals. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and driving activities to completion.
This role will suit people who are happy influencing and collaborating face-to-face (5 days working in the office - 200 metres from East Richmond station and two Tram lines).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, business-focused People, Performance and Culture services and support to a designated business group.
  • Plan and project manage organisation wide projects.
  • Work with the People, Performance and Culture team to share best practice, ensure a broad consistency of approach, and provide coverage to other Business Partners as necessary.
  • Coaching and enabling managers for all aspects of people management, specifically in driving performance.
  • Work in partnership with senior management teams to identify the people implications of strategic and business plans and other developments.
  • Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the People and Culture team and contribute to developing solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Support the People and Culture Manager in the development, implementation and evolution of the People, performance, and Culture strategy and workplans.

    IR/ER;
    workforce planning;
    performance management, health, safety, and wellbeing;
    people/capability development;
    remuneration and benefits;
    change management and organisational development.
  • Strong internal consulting and influencing skills with the ability to build trust with managers and employees at all levels across the business.
  • Project/change management and solution-based approaches.
  • High-level emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of current people and culture practices and trends.
  • Ability to drive initiatives and critically analyse situations and projects to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Data analytical skills and strong business acumen.
