About the RoleWe're seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team, with a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). In this role, you'll collaborate with Tribe/Platform leaders and the Engineering Practice to enhance our Engineering capability across people, tools, culture, and work practices. Your role is to brainstorm, analyse, design, explore, build customer facing web applications, API or microservice capabilities for Digital Distribution Platform in support of key strategic initiatives all aimed at uplifting our Digital Insurance Sales and Services capabilities.
What you'll do

• Develop organisational policies, standards, and guidelines for software construction and refactoring
• Provide technical leadership in designing and implementing automation, Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration, config management and monitoring practices in teams across portfolio
• Develop and maintains Digital applications
• Lead the selection and development of appropriate AEM software design methods, tools, techniques
• Develops and drives adoption of organisational policies, standards, guidelines, and methods for AEM software design and software architectures
• Sets policy and drives adherence to standards for systems development

What you'll bring

• Minimum 7 years appropriate industry experience in software engineering in various programming languages
• Minimum 3 years appropriate industry experience in leading, advising and mentoring engineering teams in a variety of technical and business domains
• A strong hands-on experience of the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform on Adobe Forms, Adobe Forms Data Model, Adobe Site Pages, Adobe Analytics, Data Integration, CRXDE, AEM Components.
• A strong hands-on experience on how to customise AEM Out-of-the-box component, customise authoring dialog, Adobe HTL/Markup.
