At the Victorian Health Building Authority, we're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities). During early 2024, we became a Project Office within the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA), joining the Victorian Government's Big Build family including the Metro Tunnel Project, Level Crossing Removal Project, West Gate Tunnel Project and Major Road Projects Victoria led by Director-General, Kevin Devlin.

What you'll be doing
- Providing strategic advice on complex people issues
- Working as part of a great, people-oriented and friendly P&
C division - Collaborating with Executive Leaders to drive great people outcomes
- Building influential relationships with client groups
- Leading efforts in early identification, intervention, and resolution of issues
- Keeping abreast of employment legislation changes and their impacts
- Guiding and mentoring P&
C team members - Contributing to the shaping of our workforce during a period of significant growth.
