What does the job look like?

Our team in Erskine Park are looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior Operations Manager who shares our vision of operational excellence and can ensure we continue to provide our customers confidence and supply chain reliability.

This is an opportunity for an established supply chain professional to develop their career in a role that is responsible for warehousing safety and compliance, operational, financial and customer service performance. You will rely on your collaborative leadership and effective decision-making capabilities to drive improvement as we continue to increase our warehousing footprint throughout the region. Key areas:

• Promoting a safety-first culture ensuring commitment to safety, chain of responsibility and compliance with licensing protocols
• Provide commercial and operational oversight, ensuring appropriate operational KPI's are developed and achieved so that service delivery meets contractual requirements
• Identifying, evaluating and addressing warehousing risks focused on continuous improvement and innovation
• Effective management and development of direct reports and operational teams
• Partnership approach to customer relationships facilitating organic growth and new customer integration
• Ensure that the systems and resources available are scalable and utilised to provide inventory integrity and confidence to our customers
• Manage expenditure to deliver budget expectations and Profit and Loss

• Excellent stakeholder engagement with an ability to build strong relationships across all levels
• Ability to confidently lead, drive outcomes and develop diverse high-performance teams
• Understanding of financial drivers, cost control and operational budgeting
• Process driven, analytical and methodical with a passion to drive continuous improvement
• Experience using Microsoft and WHM systems
