Role Purpose and Responsibilities

This is a critical role in pursuing the department's mission of accelerating the growth of each business unit, by delivering best in class services, to understand, engage &
excite players. Specifically, this role will focus on enhancing regional growth and market penetration through regional intelligence, nuance to pre-established global marketing strategies and a relentless focus on campaign strategic and executional excellence for all title releases.

Regional Strategy and Go-to-Market:

This individual will be responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive strategies and campaigns to drive market share and revenue growth within ANZ.

Regional Strategy:

  • Developing strategies for ANZ to maximise commercial opportunities and local relevance throughout the region

  • Identify opportunities in market and drive an experimentation culture to exploit opportunities in a consistent and timely manner across sport and core

  • Working with the RS-GTM leadership to ensure all growth market opportunities are considered for sport and core campaigns

  • Partnering with local federations to maximise joint impact and growth opportunities across the region

Campaign Planning:

  • Collaborate with Business Unit marketing teams to ensure that global campaign strategies are compatible with regional growth objectives

  • Nuance global strategies where appropriate to maximise regional impact

Executional Excellence:

  • Overall responsibility for the planning, ideation and execution of GTM sport plans

  • Ensuring excellence in all aspects of the campaign delivery

  • Taking accountability for timing and delivery of campaign

Team Leadership:

  • Lead the title team to develop plans and execute with excellence

  • Manage the individuals reporting directly with regards to development, performance and strategic guidance

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Build a trusted and collaborative relationship with all relevant cross functional teams across the organisation including growth, finance and sales

  • Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for regional initiatives and validation of growth methodology and results

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget planning and management

  • Campaign performance reporting throughout campaigns

  • Managing agencies &
    internal stakeholders

  • Commercial thought leadership
