the remaining working from home.
The Opportunity
You will be a member of a small and high performing team of professional lawyers who provide exceptional service across the organisation. In this role you will provide exceptional legal advice across ASX listed Macquarie Technology Group.
Success in the role will be achieved by creating exceptional relationships with your internal clients that support the adoption of your advice.
What you'll be doing
- Identifying business risk within a commercial environment
- Providing an exceptional service to your stakeholders
- Advising and guiding the business through a variety of matters
- Qualified lawyer / Admitted to practice in NSW. Ideally 8+ years PQE
- Looking for a highly experienced legal professional
- Have experience working in the Technology industry
- Must be solution-focused and a natural problem solver
- Must be able to take the initiative and be comfortable with ambiguity
- Someone looking to make a difference through the application of your legal know-how
- Experience being trained in a top tier firm
- Love working in a team environment
- Be all over drafting and negotiating commercial and technology contracts
- Love supporting a fast-paced organisation
- Good sense of humour
