About our client

• High growth ASX listed company providing a wide range of services vital to develop and operate essential networks and services includingpower, gas, water and renewable energy, utilities, roads, rail and telecommunications.
• Advise on the design, construction, operation and maintenance of assets across these networks.
• Exposure to large and complex projects.
• Includes front and backend work and potentially some broader commercial work as well.

About the role

• Our client is seeking a lawyer atSenior Associate levelin private practice or equivalent level in-house
• Reporting to the General Manager - Legal, you will be required to provide legal advice to a range of stakeholders in relation to construction, infrastructure, project and corporate related matters
• Work alongside stakeholders across construction and engineering projects providing assistance with both front and back-end matters, advising on contractual and project delivery risks and a broad range of other commercial law matters
• Outstanding team culture.
• Lengthy contract opportunity.

About you

• Ideally experience inconstruction law, projects and/or infrastructure
• Lawyers withfront and/or back-endexperience will be considered
• Demonstrated solution focused advice with a "
  Best for business"
  approach will also be highly regarded
• You will bring an enthusiastic and pragmatic approach to the role and enjoy fostering strong working relationships across the business

Hybrid workingmodel. CBD based Head Office role.
