THE OPPORTUNITY:

Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, the Legal Counsel will provide accurate and efficient legal advice and support to the Company to manage risks and protect the legal position of the Company while enabling the Company to achieve its business and growth objectives.

This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis, located in our corporate office in West Perth.Key responsibilities include advising on and assisting with matters relation to:

• A diverse range of corporate &
  commercial/procurement matters.
• Construction &
  projects.
• Approvals and land access.
• Regulatory and statutory compliance.
• Joint venture agreements including management of joint venture matters.
• Corporations law.

ABOUT YOU:

• 3-6 years' PAE from top-tier/mid-tier law firms or market leading in-house teams.
• Unrestricted legal practicing certificate (WA).
• Bachelor of Laws or equivalent.
• Experience advising in relation to mining, procurement or construction and service contracts and project delivery.
• Experience advising in relation to the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules will be highly regarded.
• Demonstrated strong understanding of the core principles of contract law and construction law will be highly regarded.
