About the role
The company is seeking to recruit aSenior Legal Counsel into an M&
A/Corporaterole, reflecting a company that is growing and innovating. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will join a close knit in-house legal team that works collaboratively to provide a responsive and effective legal service across the business.This Senior Legal Counsel position willbe responsible for providing legal support, services and advice to the Group in relation to M&
A, corporate and companysecretarial matters, finance/treasury, IT and projects. The role may alsoinclude some business as usual/ business unit work on ad hoc basis. As Senior Legal Counsel, youwill guide the business in a way that strikes an appropriate balance between achieving commercial objectives and sensibly managing legal risk.
About you
EBOS Group seeks acorporate/M&
A lawyer at senior associate level or equivalent level in-house. In-house or secondment experience will be highly regarded. M&
A experience is essential, as is theability to liaise confidently across the business including at Executive level. You are an independent individual who enjoys a high-level of responsibility and autonomy and brings a commercial outlook.
