Victorian Health Building Authority
The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's
multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. Our diverse projects span the health, mental health and aged
care portfolios across metropolitan, regional and rural settings and ambulance branches across Victoria.
VHBA also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and
environmental sustainability disciplines. Our priority is to provide innovative and sustainable infrastructure
solutions that will ensure our health system meets the needs of all Victorians now and into the future.

Key Accountabilities
1.Develop and implement IC strategies that align with VHBA's goals and objectives, ensuring ongoing assessment of campaign effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
2.Provide an account management approach to internal communications service delivery, ensuring alignment with project and organisational needs to ensure regular and people-focused updates to VHBA's workforce.
3.Create, edit and manage distribution of IC materials and deliver/oversee production of print, online and multimedia materials across all VHBA divisions.
4.Support people leaders with their communication needs, including speech writing, organisational internal news and key messaging.
5.Key role supporting the design and implementation of an internal people focused communication strategy.
6.Proactively lead the management of best practice IC activities, introducing fresh ideas to maintain high workforce engagement with newsletters, intranet content and other digital communications.
7.Work collaboratively across Communications and Engagement to ensure the effective delivery of great IC work, that are to a high standard, engaging and comply with VHBA and whole of Victorian Government guidelines.
8.Proactively builds strong relationships with stakeholders and seeks opportunities to engage people in the development and application of contemporary methodologies to improve communications services.
9.Identify positive story opportunities and identify risks and issues that will be contentious and provide sound advice on how to manage them.
