About the role:

• Lead and manage a team of lawyers handling complex personal injury defense cases
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients, including insurers and self-insured corporations
• Oversee and conduct high-profile litigation in courts and tribunals
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, enhancing client satisfaction and retention
• Mentor and develop junior legal staff

The ideal candidate:

• Extensive experience in personal injury litigation (Plaintiff or Defendant)
• Proven track record in managing a legal team and handling high-stakes cases
• Strong advocacy skills with experience appearing in various court jurisdictions
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic and commercially astute legal advice
