About the role:

• Running your own files autonomously, with the appropriate supervision and support.
• Working on personal injury claims on the defendant side, with a primary focus on public and product liability.

The ideal candidate:

• Senior Lawyer with 5+ PQE in Insurance Litigation.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Proven experience in experience with defendant personal injury claims (open to candidate with plaintiff backgrounds).
• Ability &
  willingness to mentor and supervise junior lawyers.
