THE ROLE
- Oversee, manage, and support HR processes in the company to ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, legislation, and company's policies
- Coordination of the on- and offboarding processes, probation periods
- HR administration and reporting
- Support the executive team to deliver on strategic objectives while building strong culture, alignment, employee engagement, team ownership and accountability
- Drive the local OHS plan to ensure the Company complies with all legislative requirements, creating a safe workplace that prioritises the employee well being
- Coordinate with the L&
D team to ensure that training covers all local compliance needs around OHS, Data Privacy, Data Security, and Australian Competitions Legislation - Partner with business unit leaders, designing and implementing comprehensive people solutions for short and long-term organizational needs
- Coach and guide business leaders on employee relations matters.
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR matters, supporting employees and business leaders impartially
- Work closely with the different teams, including finance and delivery, to optimise an excellent work environment
- Conducting regular meetings with managers to provide guidance on change management, compensation strategies, retention efforts, talent assessments and performance development
- Owning and conducting investigations as needed, ensuring consistent and transparent application of HR policies and practices.
- Aligning with Global HR teams to ensure the successful implementation of HR-related projects
- Support key change initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, develop internal communication messages
- Coordinate relocations from other business units of Globant
THE CANDIDATE
- A qualification in Human Resources and/or Business (degree level preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage tasks under pressure with limited information
- Understanding of relevant workplace relations legislation and regulations, in particular the NES awards based system and OHS requirements
- Experience in the delivery of HR strategy
- Organisational change and transformation experience
