This is a genuine business partnering role where you will not be overseeing any financial control and focused on supporting operations. The successful candidate will:
- Lead change initiatives within the business unit.
- Act as a financial sparring partner for management functions.
- Proactively monitor business performance, initiating reviews and corrective actions.
- Drive project controlling and the business investment application process.
- Lead or support financial workstreams in potential merger and acquisition projects.
- Develop restructuring proposals and cost-saving initiatives.
- Share financial knowledge across business and functional units.
- Identify process inefficiencies, propose changes, and implement corrective plans.
- Undertake any additional tasks required by management.
