The addition of a Senior Estimator will expand their Estimating team to four members, currently including the Estimating Manager and two Intermediate Estimators.

Team Dynamics:

The Estimating team is detail-oriented, competitive, and enthusiastic about tackling exciting projects. The Senior Estimator will play a critical "
2IC"
role to the Estimating Manager, providing mentorship and development to the junior team members while actively contributing to the success of their tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex tenders up to $200M
• Oversee Extensive Cost Planning, Hard Dollar Tendering, ECI Negotiation, Sub Contractor Analysis, Cost Benchmarking, and Forensic Cost Profiling
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of tender submissions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
• Work on diverse projects including Hospitals, Data Centres, Defence Facilities, and more, primarily within NSW

Project Values:

• Projects range from $5M to $175M, with typical projects around $30M to $50M.

Software Requirement:

• Proficiency in CostX is imperative;
  experience with Bluebeam is also beneficial.
